We all have that time where our child wants a smoothie, and you dont have much in. This is what I use in times like this.
Frozen or fresh fruit ie bananas, strawberries etc
a little honey to sweeten if desired
Put all in a blender and blend and pour into a glass.

This is such a quick and simple recipe and my daughter loves making this, and in this weather why not.
1 can of condensed milk
1 tub double cream
vanilla essence (or whatever flavour you want)
Pour the double cream into a bowl and whisk until thickened
Add the condensed milk and stir into the cream
Add a few drops of vanilla essence
At this stage you can add other ingredients, for example, cookie dough, chocolate chips, fruit, whatever you fancy
Pour into a freezable container (I keep old ice cream tubs), place a lid on and pop in the freezer until frozen.
You do not have to stir every so often, you simply forget about it until you want to eat it, and it comes out smooth and creamy.
You could swap the condensed milk for the caramel condensed milk which is lovely on its own, but we like to add fudge pieces.
